Paddling Events at Grandtully
This information relates to paddling events and competitions at Grandtully. Event fees cover the cost of using the Green Building facilities including showers, parking within Grandtully Station Park for the event days and any extra staffing needed. Event fees are to be paid by the event organiser and are based on the number of event participants as outlined below. The Campsite Accommodation and Training Facility hire are not included in these fees unless otherwise stated. Larger events will have space in the Training facility provided as standard to be used as a base for running the event. For larger events the small commercial kitchen can now be hired as an add on.

Booking a Paddling Event at Grandtully
All paddling events at Grandtully must be submitted via the Paddle Scotland event application process.

As paddling events at Grandtully can have a significant impact on this small, quiet village it is imperative that you give us as much notice as possible of a planned event and discuss it with us before advertising it, particularly those with a high number of participants. As part of the event approval process paddling events at Grandtully must be approved by a lease management group comprising of the riverbank land owner, Grandtully Station Park management and local community stakeholders.
Campsite Accommodation For Your Paddling Event
If you would like us to hold the campsite accommodation for your event please give us as much notice as possible. We are happy to block the site to general bookings and make sure that your event attendees get priority but this is only possible if we do not already have bookings for your event dates.
Sole Occupancy & Exclusive Use of The Campsite
The campsite has 19 vehicle pitches and 35 tent pitches. Prices vary throughout the year and also depend on which days of the week you are booking. Fridays and Saturdays must be booked together as a 2 night minimum any time of the year. Please email us for further info.
