From the 8th of October 2026 to the 8th of November 2026, Pitlochry will once again host a magical and unique forest experience. The Enchanted Forest is a huge hit with families and has to be seen to be believed. You can find further information on this incredible event here on their website.


Pitlochry can become very booked up during this time and there are very limited camping options in Pitlochry itself. Grandtully Station Campsite is open 7 days a week, throughout the Enchanted Forest event, and is close enough to provide a handy and cost-effective base for families looking to attend the event.


We have pitches suitable for campervans, motorhomes, caravans and tents. Our tent and campervan pitches are available with or without electric hookups. Our safe and quiet site has been recently reinvigorated with brand-new toilet and shower facilities as well as a robust new wifi setup making it perfect for families.

Getting to The Enchanted Forest

Grandtully Station Park Campsite is less than a 20 minute drive from Pitlochry, and serves as an excellent base for those attending the experience.


It takes 15-20 minutes to drive from the campsite to Pitlochry. Please note that you cannot drive all the way to the forest. Parking is provided in Pitlochry in designated car parks. Make your may to Fishers Hotel and the event coach will collect you and transport you to the Enchanted Forest location.

Taking a Taxi to The Enchanted Forest

There a handful of Taxi firms in the area. Please do bare in mind that due to the popularity of this unique event booking ahead is essential.
