Self Check In/Late Arrival/Same day Booking

You may book up till midnight for same day booking but please be advised you may be self checking in as the site is not continuously staffed.  When you book for a same day booking you will get 2 emails. One is your confirmation email and the other is called "Access Info for Grandtully Station Park Campsite". This second email is absolutely vital for receiving your pitch number, finding your pitch, getting access via the gate and accessing the toilets and shower block.
If your booking is not a same day booking then this access codes email will be automatically sent to your inbox on the morning of your arrival to the site. Please double check your email address is correct when making a booking. 

No Availability for tonight? 
If you are a Motorhome or campervan traveller in the area and not booked in anywhere we do have 6 'Overnight Parking Bays' in our car park. Please click here to read the terms of use. As these cannot be booked it's first come first serve. If they are all full you will need to move on.

Trying to book and seeing " Sorry, we are closed on one or more of those dates"?
If we have events on at the campsite then usually pitch booking will be limited to attendees, or they will have priority access to bookings. This means you will likely need the event "secret code" to see availability and book those dates.

If the booking page is saying " Sorry, we are closed on one or more of those dates." but you know there is an event on here, you can either contact the event organisers to get the booking info or email us at campsite@grandtully.scot stating the dates and the event you are attending and we will send the info to you.

Please make sure you book the right type of pitch for your needs

• We are quite a small site and we get very busy, especially on the weekends. Book in advance to avoid disappointment.
  
  
• Please note that due to the layout and access in the site vehicles cannot go on tent pitches and tents cannot go on vehicle pitches. 
  
  
• Please note each tent must have its own Tent Pitch booking and are not permitted on vehicle pitches.
  
  
• We do not accept tents on vehicle pitches in lieu of awnings or as storage tents.
  
  
  
• Tents must not be any larger than 8m x 6m including guy ropes - (large pitch required)
  
  
• Campervans/Motorhomes and Caravans MUST not exceed 8m in length - (large pitch required)
  
  
• Please make sure you book the right kind of pitch for your requirements as mistakes cannot always be rectified on arrival and if we do not have the right space move them to we will turn away guests that do not fit in their pitch. No refund will be given in the event of this as we are vey clear about pitch size during the booking process and in coms leading up to arrival.

Electrical Hook Ups

• Our Electrical Hook Ups are rated either 6 Amps (approx 1.3kW) or 10 Amps (approx 2.4 kW) which are not suitable for regular 13Amp household appliances. If you need more power we suggest you consider alternative sites for your stay. Further info can be found here.

Arrival

• Pitches are available from 3pm.
  
• As the booking process is all online, there is no need to check in on arrival, our CCTV cameras will pick up arrivals and keep track of authorised vehicles. All the access and pitch information is sent to guests in advance. Our friendly team is on site daily. We will be pleased to answer any questions you might have. You can also phone us on 01796 922010 or email campsite@grandtully.scot. If we are unable to answer your call please leave us a message and we will get back to you.
  
  
• As long as you are pre booked into the campsite and have received your access codes email you may arrive any time you like. The site has a 11pm quiet curfew so if you are arriving later on please be considerate and respectful of your neighbours.

Departure

• Please vacate your pitch on departure day by 12 noon
  
  
• Please make sure that you leave the pitch as you found it
